IRS Prepared to Process Returns If Government Shuts Down

IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman addressed a National Press Club on Apr 6, and after his prepared remarks he answered questions per a IRS’ preparations for a probable shutdown of a sovereign government, that could occur Friday.
