Qualcomm Inc. said it has released its CSA Safety Performance Service to help carriers manage performance related to the federal Compliance, Safety, Accountability regulations’ new safety-measurement system.
The software correlates hours-of-service violations, critical event reporting, performance monitoring and other data to give fleets information specific to drivers and to the fleet as a whole, Qualcomm said Thursday.
It will also allow fleets to target and improve unsafe driving and reduce violations, the company said.
